NAIOP SoCal Members and Friends,

The recent Palisades (Pacific Palisades) and Eaton (Altadena / Pasadena) wildfires have caused significant displacement for many families including Members and sponsors of NAIOP SoCal. As your commercial real estate association, we stand with you and will do everything possible to provide you with assistance and important information.

If you're among those affected, understanding the available relief opportunities and navigating the insurance claims process are crucial for recovery. With hundreds of our Members residing and working in Los Angeles County impacted by the wildfires, NAIOP SoCal has compiled this guide below to shed light on Los Angeles area wildfire resources and relief opportunities.

Should you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact Mihran Toumajan from my team. Mihran’s contact information is: mtoumajan@naiopsocal.org, (714) 550-0309.

Sincerely,
