Taking the mystery out of CMBS loans: what you need to know if you have a CMBS loan or if you are interested in buying a CMBS asset. Topics will include among others, how workouts of loans held in CMBS trusts are different from traditional workout negotiations, how workouts of loans in CMBS trusts are similar to traditional workout negotiations and the basics of understanding securitization documents.
